Common questions

Anything not covered here, ask in the help channel and you will usually have an answer the same day.

How do I sign in?

With your Discord account. Using Discord’s sign-in features helps us organize and keep information on the website and the server in one place.

What currency are the prices in?

US dollars (USD). If your card uses a different currency, your bank converts the price when you pay and may add a small fee.

How do I get my files?

As soon as the payment goes through, the downloads appear on your account page. They stay there, so you can download them again whenever you need to.

Can I share the products with my friends?

No. These products are for the purchaser and them only. If caught sharing or reselling these products, your account will be permanently banned, unable to buy new drops or regain access to past purchases.

Do I need to buy any plugins?

No. Everything uses effects that are built into Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, so there is nothing else to install.

Which versions work?

Premiere Pro 2021 and newer, and DaVinci Resolve 17 and newer.
